Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and zoopkit. They cover the website and every tool on it, including tools added later. Using a tool means you agree to them.
1. The service
zoopkit offers online tools. A tool takes a file or other input you submit and returns a result. Current tools and later tools are one service under these terms.
2. Using a tool
You choose the tool, you provide the input, and you decide what to do with the result. Check the result before you rely on it.
A tool may change, reduce, or reformat what you submit. Quality, text, structure, or file size can come out different from the original. Do not treat a result as an unaltered original, and do not use it where an unaltered document is required.
A tool does not promise a particular outcome. If it cannot do what you asked, it should say so instead of handing back a result that quietly missed the request.
3. Your material
You keep the rights you already have in what you upload and in the result. zoopkit may process that material only to run the tool and give you the download. zoopkit does not store your data. The upload and the generated file are deleted within 1 hour.
Submit only material you have the right to process. Do not submit someone else's private information unless you have that right.
4. Acceptable use
You will not:
- break the law with the service
- upload malware, or try to disrupt, overload, or probe the service
- try to reach another person's files or results
- present a result as an unaltered original
- use automated bulk access to resell the service or to run it as your own hosted product
5. Availability and limits
A tool can be slow, interrupted, or removed. zoopkit may refuse a job the tool cannot process, or a job that breaks these terms. A tool may limit file size and how often it can be used. A generated file is deleted within 1 hour.
6. Fees
A tool that does not show a price is free. If a tool charges, the price is shown before you pay, and these terms still apply. Any refund rule is stated at payment.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, zoopkit disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. zoopkit does not warrant that a result will meet a third party's requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, zoopkit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost files, lost data, or lost profits. The total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid zoopkit for the service during the three months before the claim. If you paid nothing, that limit is zero.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.
9. Stopping
You may stop using zoopkit at any time. zoopkit may suspend or end access if you break these terms, if that is needed to protect the service or other people, or if a tool is withdrawn.
10. Changes
zoopkit may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when the text changes. The new terms apply to use after that date. If you keep using a tool after the date changes, you agree to the update.
